PLAYER’S COMMENTS
Who has had the most influence on you (parent, coach, teammate) & Why? My dad. He introduced me to hockey and has played a large part helping me improve my skills, become a better player, and a good teammate. Also, Coach Rob & Johnny at 3Zones Hockey in Ajax.
Who do you pattern your game after and why? I admire Sydney Crosby. He is a great leader and role model for me, and in my opinion, the best hockey player in the world. I am also a fan of Jonathan Toews because of his work ethic, and level of compete, and speed.
What jersey number do you wear & significance? I wear #87. Sydney Crosby is great role model for me and the best hockey player in the world.
Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions (what do you do & why)? I always eat chicken & some pasta as a pre-game meal. I like to get pumped up by listening to loud music on my iPhone. My dad tapes my stick blade before every game.
What is your most memorable hockey moment and why? Winning a Gold Medal at the OMHA Championships. I was fortunate to score the game winner on that day. It was a great team win, and objective all season long.
If you could have dinner with any three people, who would they be and why? Sidney Crosby, Jonathan Toews, and Wayne Gretzky... because they are some of the best goal scorers of all time.
The one thing people don't know about me is: I am becoming a pretty good golfer.
