Who has had the most influence on you (parent, coach, teammate) & Why?  Dan Blackburn, because he has always believed in me and expects and pushes me towards greatness.
Who do you pattern your game after and why?  Jonathan Toews, because he plays a 200 foot game and is a great leader who expects so much from himself.
What jersey number do you wear & significance?  #97 Connor McDavid because he's the first player I ever saw wearing it, and I was so amazed at how great he was.
Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions (what do you do & why)?  My pre-game rituals are to listen to music to get me pumped up for the game, and to also go outside the dressing room in the cold arena air to help me get into my zone 
What is your most memorable hockey moment and why?  Having a video of my game highlights played to music during a Leaf game intermission.
If you could have dinner with any three people, who would they be and why?  Alex Ovechkin, Steven Stamkos, Jaromir Jagr... because they are some of the best goal scorers of all time.
