Michael Modica is a Certified Athletic Therapist. In 2013, Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College. Since graduating, Michael has had the opportunity to work as an athletic therapist on the local, provincial, national and international levels. After two successful seasons with the Toronto Argonauts Football Club, Michael has re-joined the Toronto Marlboros organization to help the team have a successful year on and off the ice.

Michael has a passion for muscle skeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention and specializes in immediate care and concussion rehabilitation. He is a certified first responder. He also holds an International Youth Strength Conditioning and level one NCCP certificate.

Outside of athletic therapy, Michael is also a Vision Therapist at the Vaughan Family Vision Care under the supervision of Dr. Angela Peddle. He is currently working towards becoming a registered and certified Vision Therapist.

With extensive knowledge and expience as a Athletic Therapist, and a love for the game of hockey, Modica is excited to be returning to the 2001 Toronto Marlboros team, and look forward to great 2015-2016 season.
